Are you looking for a workshop room that offers you enough space and inspiration for your ideas? In our locations, you will find the right environment for a successful workshop. You can choose between different sized rooms, all of which are lovingly furnished and have professional equipment. Do you need additional space for group work, meetings, or breakouts? Then simply book one or more breakout rooms flexibly.
All our workshop rooms are equipped with the latest technology, so that hybrid sessions are easy to accommodate as well. In addition, the modular equipment of the rooms is completely adaptable to your needs.
The competent Westhive team is always at your side and helps you to organize the perfect workshop. And last but not least, the hospitality team will be happy to take care of your physical well-being, whether breakfast, coffee break, lunch, aperitif or private dinner.
Our Workshop Spaces
Think Big
Our newest, largest and most versatile workshop space «Think Big» offers not only a stunning 101 square meters of space, but also a complete set of equipment for every need:
- VideoWall with 110 inch (2.8 meter) screen diagonal
- Video conferencing system (Logitech MeetUp)
- Sonos sound system
- Coffee and soft drink bar with coffee maker, kettle, and refrigerator
- Mobile flip charts, whiteboards, and pin boards
- Meeting table, work tables on castors, high table
Living Room
Our workshop space is called «Living Room» because it feels a bit like the proverbial living room at home: The center of the room is formed by a generous table, while the additional seating area with sofa and fireplace ambience invites to group work and breaks. The ultimate highlight of the Living Room is its direct access to our rooftop terrace on the 6th floor. In addition, our Rooftop Kitchen next door can be rented if required.
Tetris
With its generous whiteboards and additional mobile workshop walls, «Tetris» offers more than enough space to jot down ideas and record concepts. The high table in the center of the room ensures that workshop participants stay awake and active. For hybrid events, «Tetris» is also equipped with a video conferencing system including a Sennheiser ceiling microphone.
Center Court
The «Center Court» at our Zurich-Wollishofen location is a spacious room with plenty of daylight that is ideal for longer workshops. The mobile tables allow for a variety of room layouts, enabling productive work both in plenary sessions and in groups. A highlight of the «Center Court» is the writable and stickable wall that takes up the entire long side of the room.
Breakout
Westhive Zurich Stettbach Mitte
«Breakout» offers an unrivaled location in terms of public transportation: It is only a 2-minute walk from the SBB railway station Zurich Stettbach. Apart from that, our workshop space at Stettbach offers a comprehensive range of equipment: a large screen with wireless screen sharing, whiteboard and flipchart, a video conferencing system and of course a fast internet connection over WiFi.
Deep Impact
Nomen est omen: The «Deep Impact» will leave a lasting impression on your workshop participants. The spacious room with plenty of natural light allows for a variety of room layouts that allow for plenary or group work. For creativity-enhancing breaks, our huge terrace and Westhive Kitchen are just a few steps away.
Hawkins
Our workshop space «Hawkins» in Zug offers plenty of space and state-of-the-art technology for productive work. It is also ideal for creative breaks and informal discussions, as the coffee bar and the spacious lounge area are directly opposite. Additional meeting rooms of various sizes are available for breakout sessions, and our roof terrace with a view of the Alps can also be used by arrangement.

Hospitality Services
Being creative makes you hungry! The Westhive Kitchen team will provide you with all kinds of drinks, fresh fruit, homemade salads and sandwiches or something sweet at any time. We are also happy to reserve a table for you in our restaurant for a hot lunch.
Technical Support
Our workshop spaces are equipped with the latest technology. To ensure that everything runs smoothly, our in-house IT team is at your disposal. You will receive an introduction before the workshop and can request support at short notice via our hotline if necessary.
