How much is the monthly cost of a desk at Westhive?
The price per desk depends on various factors, in particular the desired membership. The cheapest option is usually a flexible desk in the open space. For desks in team offices, prices vary depending on the size and location of the office. There are also price differences between the various Westhive locations: in exclusive locations such as Paradeplatz, prices are slightly higher than, for example, at Hardturm, Seestrasse, or Stettbach.
How quickly can I move in at Westhive?
Provided we have available capacity, you can move in immediately after signing the contract.
How long is the notice period at Westhive?
The notice period depends on the membership and the Westhive location. It varies between one and six months.
How flexible are rental agreements if I need more or fewer desks at short notice?
Provided we have free capacity, you can rent additional desks at any time and start using them the very next day after signing the contract. If you need fewer desks, the agreed notice period applies.
Are there catering facilities in the coworking space?
Westhive operates its own restaurants at our locations Zurich Hardturm, Zurich Stettbach, Geneva Pont-Rouge, and Basel Rosental. These restaurants serve a daily changing menu, burgers, soups, pasta dishes, salads, and desserts.
Are meeting rooms available? What are the terms of use?
All Westhive locations offer modern, well-equipped meeting rooms in various sizes. These can be booked directly by our members via the community platform. Use is billed by the hour, with members receiving a monthly credit for meeting room use.

If you are arriving by car, there are four parking garages in the immediate vicinity: the Bleicherweg parking garage, the Park Hyatt parking garage, the Talgarten parking garage, and the Urania parking garage.
By public transport
The building at Bahnhofstrasse 22 is located just a few steps away from Paradeplatz. The VBZ stop “Paradeplatz” is served by tram lines 2, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 13. It is two stops from Zurich Main Station, three stops from Zurich Enge S-Bahn station, and four stops from Zurich Stadelhofen S-Bahn station.
