Das Gebäude Bahnhofstrasse 22 liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Paradeplatz entfernt. Die VBZ-Haltestelle «Paradeplatz» wird von den Tramlinien 2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 11, 13 und 17 bedient. Vom Zürcher Hauptbahnhof aus sind das zwei Stationen, vom S-Bahnhof Zürich Enge aus drei Stationen, und vom S-Bahnhof Zürich Stadelhofen aus vier Stationen.
