User accounts are set up, security configurations are optimised and, if necessary, a connection to your Microsoft 365 is established. Helpdesk with Zammad

IT Security Awareness Training

Cyber attacks are unfortunately commonplace today – and our ICT team can do little to change that. But we can help to ensure that your employees are aware of the dangers and comply with basic security measures: Our 2-hour training course shows how phishing, hacking and social engineering work and how your employees can protect themselves against them.

Security Operation Center

To ensure that your ICT systems are fully protected, Westhive offers a Security Operation Center (SOC) in collaboration with VTX (Kudelski Security). For a monthly fee, your IT systems are monitored 24/7 to detect and prevent unauthorized manipulation. The SOC ensures that potential incidents are correctly identified, analyzed, averted, investigated and reported.
